Cancelation Policy

*Charges will be waived for anyone who has to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of their appointment due to illness

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life

but in our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored.

48 hours advance notice is required when

canceling or rescheduling an appointment*

This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment in your place.

If you are unable to give 48 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount for your missed massage service at the discretion of your provider.

This amount must be paid before your next scheduled appointment.

No Shows

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show" and charged in full for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

Table time begins at the time of your scheduled appointment.  

Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for consultation and massage preparation.

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible in full for payment of the time slot you reserved.
