CANCELLATION AND NO-SHOW POLICIES

We understand that unanticipated events can occasionally disrupt plans.

To remain effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are in place:

Cancellations and Rescheduling

48 Hours Advance Notice Required:
Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

This allows us to offer the time slot to someone else in need.

Late Cancellations:
If less than 48 hours' notice is provided, you will be charged the full amount for your missed service, at the discretion of your therapist. This fee must be paid before booking your next appointment.

No-Shows

Any client who forgets or consciously chooses to miss their appointment without prior notice will be considered a "no-show" and charged in full for the missed session.

Late Arrivals

Your Session Begins at Your Scheduled Time:
Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow for consultation and preparation. If you arrive late, your session will be shortened to ensure we stay on schedule for other clients.

Treatment Adjustments for Late Arrivals:
Depending on how late you arrive, your therapist will determine if there is enough time remaining to provide treatment. Regardless of the shortened session, you will be charged the full amount for the time slot reserved.

Refund Policy

We have a no refunds policy for all services. No exceptions will be made.
