I am now requiring a credit card number during booking. I don't have access to the credit card numbers; they are stored securely in Acuity's database and will only be charged in the event that a client no-show's or late cancels. The late cancelation window has also changed. Appointments can now only be canceled no less than 48 hours before their scheduled start time. Appointments can still be paid for with cash, check, debit, credit, or cash app at the time of your appointment.
